The Postville Agriprocessors crisis is huge and hugely depressing. It's been under investigation for a long time, not just for labor violations, but also for environmental abuses in effluents. I stopped buying their products a few years ago after I read the book Postville. Don't know how many of us kosher observers are moving towards less or no red meat, but lots, I hope!
